We don't believe in wasteful mass production and all our cases are printed to order. Our dispatch times may be a bit slower than others, but we think it's worth it to protect our environment. Moreover, our cases are worth the wait.

We operate a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days from delivery of your order to request a return. You can read our full returns policy here.

When will I receive my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if your order has not yet entered production. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hour of purchase. 

I've ordered the wrong item! What do I do?

Please contact us immediately using our contact form or by emailing support@thephonecasefirm.com. We can change your order if it's not yet entered production.

Are your phone cases wireless charging compatible?

Yes! Even the tough cases.

Are your cases MagSafe compatible?

We have MagSafe options where applicable. Please see the product options.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one. 

You haven't replied to my email, what do I do?

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. If you've not heard back within that time, please check your spam inbox as sometimes emails end up there. Alternatively you can message us using the chat function on our website.
